Lana and Brady, Cape Town area
The Canadian TLR Team joined with the South Africa team, to train and equip the saints in South Africa. Gang members were saved, hearing was restored, arthritis healed and other signs and wonders followed.
This happened in the South at the same time the TLR Sweden team was in the North. We live like in the book of Acts and encourage others to do the same. This life is possible if you are willing. Just continue, continue, continue.
Calvin touched by God
They hit the streets and Elmien and Lana came across a young man named Calvin. He didn’t have pain but wanted prayer for his family situation. They prayed for him and he really felt the touch of the Lord and his eyes welled up with tears. They shared the gospel and he went on his way.
Later Stefan Du Toit and his team came across Calvin again, but didn’t know we had already spoken to him. We find out that he is part of a bad street gang in the area. Stefan spoke to him and two other person of peace with him and he cast out a demon and they were all baptized with the Holy Spirit right there on the street.
The story doesn’t end there. We had to leave for another training session in another town, so we were able to leave the water baptism to the local Pastor in the town who could baptize them and then disciple them.
Young man removed brace
One night we met a young man, who had knee surgery for a torn ACL 4 weeks ago and was wearing a brace and using crutches. He could not bend his knee very good or walk. God healed him and he was so blown away. He then removed his brace. That had never happened to him before and he saw Jesus was so real.
We shared the gospel and later that evening he was water and spirit baptized. We then kickstarted him the next morning in the streets and he healed people through the Holy Spirit in Jesus name. He said “this is the best 24 hours of my life”.
